I have sold 5 items within the last three days and still have not received any confirmation emails. At least one buyer has received an email about his purchase and contacted me. But I have no way to contact these other people and whenever I try to "contact nookbay" through the link I get a delivery failure email from hotmail when they tried to send it to nookbay. I've never had this problem with not getting confirmation emails before.

Can someone please help!!!

Sometimes it can take a while to get the email. Someone said it took them a week to get it.

Hrm, I don't think the mods can help with this one, best to PM Circu and ask him to check up on it. Maybe your spam catcher is catching them? Or maybe you've got the wrong email address listed on nookbay.

Neither...
~I have a special filter just for nookbay mail and even if my junk box did catch something I always check it before I delete them
~It's not the wrong email because like I said, one buy has contacted me because he got the confirmation email. Plus I've checked and double checked... it is my correct email.

Is anyone else having the problem with not being able to contact nookbay?

I don't know what email it is. At the bottom of the page is a button that says "contact us"l I click that, write my message and after I write it I get an email from hotmail saying it couldn't be delivered.

Well, what email do you use? I use gmail and the email comes instantly all the time... I have noticed it got slow for myway... so I asked my friend an invite to gmail and it is much faster, or it could be your internet, or it just taking a while right now...

That won't work! They turned off that e-mail address! But if you need the friend code, click the bidding button on your left (you can't see it, if you are using the forums, then you have to go back to the NookBay homepage to see it). Then, scroll down and you will see a list of items you have won. On the heading where it says, "Items I have Won", there is a link that says something like "See Item(s) Details". Click, and it will bring you to a screen where you will see everybody's friend codes, from every auction you won. All the information that would appear in an e-mail will be on this screen.
