Actually this isnt illeagle to "play".
there is nothing illegal about playing java games online. As long as you arent downloading any ROMS onto your computer your legal.
as for the person hosting the website, THEY are illegal and breaking copyright by hosting these ROMs, but thats their trouble or problems.
Although I wouldnt suggest that this site affiliate with that one. or even host a permanant link to it. |

| Its not illegal to host them. Its not even illegal to download roms. The law has been made stating that you are allowed to download roms and keep them for no more than 24 hours, unless you own the game or it isnt licensed in the US. |

| You're not allowed to have a Nintendo rom even if you have the game. I'm not to sure on the legibility of the 24 hours thing. |
