This is a response to a request by zane 2006. Please keep in mind that I actually have this game on PC but I have played it on Xbox. I'm gonna focus on the gameplay rather than the story.

Gameplay

Half-Life 2 is an first person shooter. The gameplay aspects in Half-Life 2 (in my opinion) are nearing perfection. The levels in the game are fun and interesting and not too linear (point A to B scenarios). One of things I most liked were the wide variety of weapons. The crowbar is probably the most awesome weapon, well, ever! You've also got the standard shotgun, machine guns, crossbow, magnum, gravity gun (awesome I know Razz) etc. There aren't that many enemies, but what enemies they do have are totally awesome. Try headcrabs, poison headcrabs, zombies, combine soldiers, antlions and a whole bunch of other cool stuff. Each chapter in this story should take you a while to beat, so the replay value is pretty good. Theres also a hard mode if you're wondering.

Graphics

Perhaps the most amazing part of this game is the graphics. I'm very surprised that the Xbox was able to pull this thing off. The graphics in this game are probably the best graphics on the Xbox in my opinion, and nearing the amazingness of a high end PC's quality. You're gonna have to play it to believe it. Nuff said Wink

Sound

Theres not much to say about the sound except its really good. The music is okay, but a lot of the sound is really high quality.

Cons: If you think of one, tell me Laughing

Final Opinion

All the praise about this game is definetely worth it. This game deserves it as much as any other good game does. Why I'd take this game over the Halo single player anyday (I'm a Halo fan too!). If you have an Xbox and like FPS's you have to try this game. Its great. I'm not kidding.

Rating 9.4 out of 10

Thanks for reading Razz
