Here are a few tips for those having trouble with multiplayer

1. Know your Hunters Strengths and weakness
Knowing what you're hunters special abilities are is one of the most important aspects, such as Sylux's health leeching and Trace's cloaking
2. Utilize your strengths
Go into Trace's alt form and cloak, then when your opponent least expects it, jump out and catch them off guard, or freeze your opponent with Noxus, giving you a chance to switch to the Imperializer for a headshot kill
3. Be able to switch between biped and alt forms effectively
Knowing when to switch is a very effective strategy, when approaching low health, switch to Weavels alt form and allow the turret to distract them while you grab some health, or rig a tripwire with Sylux while leeching them, giving them 2 things to worry about
4. Exploit your opponents weaknesses
Sylux's main strength is the shock coils homing feature, counter it by going into alt form, negating its usefullness, or jump over an alt from while shooting, they can't make a 180° turn that quickly

Hope these help out a bit Wink

This tip will be very usefull against ppl who have a cheap trace user in their roster. This tip is how to defeat a cheapo ans out surprise him not out cheap him.

1.Choose a place that serves a shock Coil. and turn on radar.
Note:Do not use sylux. The element of surprise is everything with cheapos (I never said out cheap 'em )
2.Start of with YOUR normal strategy until 1 kill has been made.

3. when the battle heats up obtain the shock coil ASAP

4. look for the enemy if you can't see him be prepared.

5.If you see him on your radar and it says that hes in front of you you must be shooting by now. shoot in circles until you catch him in your target.
Note:either the enemy will be trapped or won't run or he will ALT to run away.

Confused This strategy worked for me going against the cheapest trace user in my roster.
Note I am not cheap!

Do not use Sylux?
Sylux has the fastest alt, you go into it and than move around unpredictably until you spot them
Then go Triple Tripwire them or Nail them in the head with the sniper while they try to figure out where you are (So radar off can actually screw a Trace user Razz )

The best way to beat a Trace user is to get them to shoot at you, revealing thier position (Few snipers ever move after shooting from what I've seen), then run around so they can't find you, then go sneak up on them and knock 'em in the back of the head Razz

LOL! I'm a pretty constant Trace user now lol. Razz You are right, few snipers ever move, I don't, unless I feel I really have to. All of these strategies are pretty good! XD But what is so bad about using Sylux?? SYLUX IS COOL MAN! And what does it mean to be a "cheap user"?? I'm NOT cheap!

P.S. I'm probably the only girl on this forum that actually plays Metroid: Prime Hunters.. LOL! YAY FOR ME!

u guys probably dont know this but the higher ranked u r the stronger and more defense ur person has for example a 2 star trace and a one star trace the one star hits the two star in alti form and it does 50 hp but if the two star hits the one star it does 70hp im not sure if those calculations r correct but the 2 star has the advantage in 2 ways more damage and defense and more skill {most the time} the side affect is that if the one star beats the 2 star it takes a whole lot of points from the 2 star and the one star gets a whole lot of points
